Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit papers to the ISPGAYA International Congress. All submissions will be assessed by a member of the Organising Committee to determine whether they meet the objectives and scope of this Congress. Papers deemed suitable will be sent for peer review before it is determined whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining authorisation to publish any material included in the submission, such as photographs, documents and datasets. All authors identified in the submission must consent to being identified as authors. Where appropriate, the research must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee, in accordance with the legal requirements of the country of the study.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the call.
  • The document uses the template defined and provided on the Congress website.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Articles

Articles must be submitted without indicating their authors.
